Agree, it is not easy to find a cake that will not leave any guest indifferent at the celebration. We can prepare not only round cakes, but also non-standard size and weight up to 12 kg at your request. To choose from: Napoleon, Honey cake or cook a multi-tiered cake, in which there will be one tier of Honey cake and the other of Napoleon
At the same time, the taste does not depend on the size of the cake. The cooking technology is designed so that a cake of any weight remains equally delicious. We deliver high-weight cakes in special huge boxes and such Cakes are placed on reinforced substrates.

5 days when stored at +2 to +5°C and a relative humidity not exceeding 75%. At room temperature, up to 5 hours. -
Why does the cake have yesterday's date on it?
According to the Napoleon cake technology, it needs to be soaked in the cream for more than 12 hours; otherwise, the layers will be dry. We date the cakes right after assembling them. So, there's no need to worry if our cakes have yesterday's date on them – they are the freshest, well-soaked, natural, and delicious products. -
What size cake is best to order?
For an average gathering, a 600g cake is sufficient for 3 people, either for one hearty serving with tea or split into two servings to savor the pleasure.
For a group of 3 to 6 people, a 1kg cake is ideal—you'll easily finish it in one sitting.
For a group of 6 to 9 people, a 1.5kg cake would suffice, but opting for a 2kg cake might be better.
For a gathering of 10 people or more, consider a cake weighing 3kg or even larger. Do note that we can prepare massive cakes weighing over 10kg upon request.
Some of our guests are hesitant about a 1.5kg cake, thinking, 'It's too much for the two of us.' This is a misconception! Even if you order a cake for two, it will remain equally fresh for 3 to 4 days, and you'll undoubtedly finish it. A 1.5kg cake is larger in diameter than others, measuring 24 cm across, giving it a more substantial appearance.

What kind of cream is in the cake?
The cake features a creamy custard. We craft our cream by incorporating butter, as just a 'custard' cream is typically considered a more affordable variant. It's completely sterile and safe for consumption since it undergoes thermal treatment. Moreover, due to the harmonious combination of cream components, it turns out airy, ensuring that even after indulging in the cake, there's no feeling of heaviness in the digestive system.
