Where do we make the cakes

First of all, Napoleon cakes are very capricious and a prerequisite for baking them is that they are covered with bubbles and golden, so we use professional Italian equipment for uniform baking. At the same time, the cakes immediately go into use, if the cake lies for several hours, it will not display well on the taste of the cake. 

We use gloves, masks, and daily general cleaning and antibacterial treatment of our workshop.

Since we use special equipment for the heat treatment of creams and many ingredients.

We also prepare other desserts using professional equipment in our two-storey workshop and comply with all necessary safety and sterility requirements.

More than 50 people are involved in our production.
