  We recommend eating berries on the day of receiving the cake, since the next day it will already look unpresentable, because the sliced berry remains fresh and juicy for a short period of time. Although we heat-treat the berry, it is very capricious and strongly depends on the storage conditions. Ideal conditions: from 0 to +3 degrees, humidity 85-90%, 2-3 days. At room temperature - no more than a day. Cakes with berries can not be put in the refrigerator and wait for the holiday for 3 days. Although the cake itself can be stored quietly for 3 days in the refrigerator, the berry is frozen on it for 3 days and may even become covered with mold.

• Will the courier deliver the berry cake neatly?

  The most difficult task facing our couriers is to deliver a box with a cake so that not a single berry moves out. If the dessert gets crumpled during transportation (in the rarest cases, everything is possible), then you will have to go back and replace the cake. So keep in mind and write to us about it! For a courier, this case is extremely troublesome and undesirable, so they, as miners, have only one chance.

• What size cake is better to order?
