If you have been looking for a long time, but could not find it, just try ours. This is a sincere recommendation from our chef for those who have already given up on finding THE Napoleon from childhood.

Why, with such a variety of recipes, do we call our "Napoleon" special? The secret is in simplicity. A hundred years ago there was no such variety of sweeteners, thickeners, dyes and etc. The classic recipe for "Napoleon" includes only 8 ingredients. In our cakes there isn’t nothing but premium flour, milk, chicken eggs, butter, sugar, vanilla, vinegar and salt.

Many of our clients, strange as it may sound, have never loved Napoleon before! They associated this cake with dry biscuit, sugary cream, heaviness after eating, unsaturated taste and condensed milk. But it's the opposite in the "Special Napoleon". We make a delicate creamy custard without any condensed milk, bake puff pastry and we do not abuse sugar! Probably that's why our cake changed many people's minds about Napoleon and its taste! Our Napoleon is for medium sweet teeth, those who do not like sugary desserts and appreciate the refined and exquisite taste of sweetness!

** Crunchy or soaked? Each cake remains crispy for the first 6 hours after it’s made, then the cake becomes soaked and more tender. Before ordering a Napoleon if you specify that you want a crispy cake, we will deliver it immediately after assembling.*

  • Composition and caloric content:
    3.2% milk, premium wheat flour, 82.5% butter, granulated sugar, chicken egg, natural vanillin, food-grade salt, table vinegar. Per 100g of the product: protein 3.92g, fats 19.09g, carbohydrates 28.85g; 302.93 kcal.
  • Shelf life:
    5 days when stored at +2 to +5°C and a relative humidity not exceeding 75%. At room temperature, up to 5 hours.
  • Why does the cake have yesterday's date on it?
    According to the Napoleon cake technology, it needs to be soaked in the cream for more than 12 hours; otherwise, the layers will be dry. We date the cakes right after assembling them. So, there's no need to worry if our cakes have yesterday's date on them – they are the freshest, well-soaked, natural, and delicious products.
  • What kind of cream is in the cake?
    The cake features a creamy custard. We craft our cream by incorporating butter, as just a 'custard' cream is typically considered a more affordable variant. It's completely sterile and safe for consumption since it undergoes thermal treatment. Moreover, due to the harmonious combination of cream components, it turns out airy, ensuring that even after indulging in the cake, there's no feeling of heaviness in the digestive system.
