Why does the cake have yesterday's date on it?
According to the Napoleon cake technology, it needs to be soaked in the cream for more than 12 hours; otherwise, the layers will be dry. We date the cakes right after assembling them. So, there's no need to worry if our cakes have yesterday's date on them – they are the freshest, well-soaked, natural, and delicious products. -
What kind of cream is in the cake?
The cake features a creamy custard. We craft our cream by incorporating butter, as just a 'custard' cream is typically considered a more affordable variant.
