We operate an online kitchen, and most cakes are delivered fresh from the oven!
A Special Napoleon cake begins its journey with an ancient recipe passed down to our pastry chef from her aunt.
Specifically, it begins with a special creamy custard cream, which is lovingly made, then crispy layers are baked, and then, with special care, each layer is coated with the most delicate cream! Finally, the cake is sprinkled with fragrant crumbs.
We do NOT use dough rolling machines in the preparation process; everything is made by hand using high-quality ingredients from trusted suppliers.

Premium flour, milk, chicken egg, butter, sugar, vanilla, salt.
What kind of cream is in a Napoleon cake?
We use 82.5% butter to make the cream, so it's not just custard, but creamy and custard-like.
What is the shelf life of our desserts?
5-6 days according to our quality certificates.
How long do berries stay fresh on a cake?
We recommend eating the berries the day you receive the cake, as if one berry is damaged, the rest may begin to mold the next day. Even though we heat-treat the berries, they are very sensitive and highly dependent on storage conditions.
